Canadian Airlines Boost Flights to Puerto Vallarta

In response to growing demand for travel to Puerto Vallarta, Canadian airlines are increasing their flight frequencies and capacities.

WestJet, a major Canadian carrier, will be significantly expanding its service to the popular Mexican destination.For the upcoming 2024-2025 winter season, WestJet will boost its flights from Winnipeg to Puerto Vallarta to a maximum of seven weekly departures, a 17% increase compared to the previous year.

Meanwhile, Air Transat has announced plans to add an extra frequency to its new Montreal to Puerto Vallarta service, which will operate from February 11 to March 25. The airline will also offer flights to Puerto Vallarta from other Canadian cities, including Toronto, by connecting passengers with its partner, Porter Airlines.

These expanded flight offerings from Canadian airlines highlight the increasing popularity of Puerto Vallarta as a winter vacation destination for Canadians. The additional capacity will provide travelers with more options and flexibility, making it easier to plan their trips to this beautiful coastal city.
