The renowned International Gourmet Festival is set to celebrate its milestone 30th anniversary. This highly anticipated culinary event, the longest-running of its kind in the country, will unfold across Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and Tepic from November 13 to 23, 2025.
The 30th edition is planned as a spectacular ten-day tribute to culinary artistry, featuring 30 participating restaurants and 30 guest chefs, who will each craft 30 exclusive menus. The celebration kicks off with a Grand Opening at TierraLuna Gardens, where over 60 acclaimed international and national chefs will ignite an evening filled with flavors, music, and creative gastronomy.
This year’s event also honors its rich history, acknowledging the over 900 culinary talents who have contributed their passion and vision over the past three decades. Their artistry has transformed the festival into a cultural bridge and a stage for innovation, elevating both local and international gastronomy and inspiring future generations of chefs.
