Puerto Vallarta is gearing up for its third annual Isla de los Muertos Festival, a vibrant celebration of tradition and community. Scheduled for Friday, November 1st, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the event will take place on Isla del Río Cuale in downstown Puerto Vallarta.
This family-friendly festival will feature a captivating display of ofrendas (altars) and catrinas (skeletons), paying homage to the Day of the Dead traditions. Attendees can enjoy live entertainment, a variety of food and beverages, and face painting.
Proceeds from the Isla de los Muertos Festival will benefit local non-profit organizations, the Vallarta Garden Club and Vallarta Cares. These organizations play a vital role in preserving the beauty of Puerto Vallarta and supporting those in need.
