The magical town of Mascota, Jalisco, will be hosting the International Raicilla Day celebration on November 29th and 30th. This event will feature over 40 producers and vendors showcasing the unique flavors and traditions of this traditional Mexican spirit.
This two-day celebration aims to promote and preserve the production and consumption of this artisanal beverage, which is typically categorized into two types based on its geographic origin: coastal and highland.
The event will offer a variety of activities for attendees, including a raicilla tasting competition, guided tours of local distilleries, mixology contests, and a food fair featuring regional cuisine.
