Seapal Vallarta is inviting athletes and the public to participate in its 13th annual Half Marathon and 23rd annual Sports Race, taking place this Sunday, March 23rd, at 7:00 am.
The starting and finishing lines will be located at the Agustin Flores Contreras Sports Complex esplanade, commonly known as “el Estadio.” The race route will follow the central lanes of Francisco M. Ascensio Boulevard, offering participants a scenic run through the city.
Both the Half Marathon and the Sports Race are open to runners, sports clubs, and the general public, with men’s and women’s categories available. The 21K Half Marathon will feature categories for Free (18-39 years), Master (40-49 years), Veterans (50+ years), and Vallarta Athlete.
These races will also serve as the closing event for the 2025 World Water Day commemorative activities, underscoring the importance of water conservation and healthy living.
