The highly anticipated Vrban Vallarta urban running event is returning for its seventh annual edition on Saturday, December 20. This unique race promises an exhilarating challenge, combining diverse terrain elements to test runners’ endurance through the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s most scenic districts.
The course covers an approximate distance of 9.5 kilometers, starting on the iconic Malecón boardwalk. The route is designed to highlight some of the most important attractions in the El Centro and Romantic Zone areas, guiding participants across a variety of surfaces, including sand, sidewalks, demanding climbs, steep steps, and narrow streets.
Vrban Vallarta is celebrated for its demanding but rewarding course, which pushes athletes with a thrilling combination of endurance and agility. Cash prizes will be awarded to the first three finishers in each category, motivating runners to deliver top performances. The race welcomes participants aged 15 and older, requiring parental consent for minors.
