The V Mexican Beach Volleyball Championship Puerto Vallarta 2024 culminated in dramatic fashion on Sunday, crowning champions in all competition categories. Held on the picturesque Holi Beach, the three-day event drew large, enthusiastic crowds eager to witness elite beach volleyball action.
Lombardo Ontiveros and Jorman Osuna from Sinaloa emerged victorious in the men’s division, showcasing their exceptional skills. The women’s championship saw a dominant performance by the twin duo Vanessa and Giselle Chay from Veracruz. The prestigious tournament featured 110 teams from 15 Mexican states competing in Professional, Under-18 Youth, and Under-16 categories for both genders.
Beyond the champions, the event celebrated high-level competition across all categories. In the free women’s division, Paola Pintao and Valeria Bautista from Michoacán secured the runner-up spot, while Claudia Galindo and Laura Arscarpeta of Colombia took third place. The free men’s category saw a local favorite, André Rodríguez and Elieser Martinez from Vallarta, claim silver, while Daniel Rodríguez and Juan Ramírez from TP Invictus clinched bronze.
