Puerto Vallarta’s newest cultural offering for children is already in full swing! The “Morbito, Fantastic Cinema for Children” provides free movie screenings for young audiences on select Sundays. The series, which features ten Mexican films in Spanish, will run through November 23, 2025.
This family-friendly program is a unique spin-off from the renowned Mórbido Film Fest, a prestigious Mexican festival with 17 years of history in the fantasy and horror genres. The “Morbito” series, however, is curated specifically for a younger demographic, showcasing films with adventurous stories and young protagonists who have big dreams.
All screenings are being held at the Plataforma 322 Cultural Center, located at 103 Alondra Street in Los Sauces. This initiative makes a valuable cultural experience accessible to everyone, as admission to all showings is completely free. It’s a fantastic opportunity for families to enjoy quality Mexican cinema together.
