The state of Jalisco is embarking on a major promotional tour across Europe from September 23 to October 10, 2025, with the goal of expanding its international reach. This initiative, led by the Jalisco Ministry of Tourism, will showcase the region’s diverse offerings to key European markets.
The promotional roadshow will make stops in major cities including Paris, Warsaw, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, and Milan. The tour also includes participation in two prominent international events: the IFTM Top Resa fair in Paris and the TTG Travel Experience in Rimini, Italy. Beyond promoting tourism, a central objective of the tour is to present new investment opportunities within the state, particularly along its magnificent Pacific coast, where high-potential projects in luxury tourism and sustainable experiences are being developed.
Jalisco, known as the birthplace of mariachi and tequila, embodies the very essence of Mexican culture. The state boasts a rich tapestry of attractions, from the vibrant capital city of Guadalajara and its 12 Pueblos Mágicos to the top-tier beaches of Puerto Vallarta and the emerging luxury destination of Costalegre. The state’s tourism profile is set to receive further international attention in 2026 when it will serve as one of the host destinations for the FIFA World Cup and celebrate the “Year of Jalisciense Gastronomy.”
