The Agency also performs notarial services and receives US passport applications and consular reports of birth abroad (CRBAs). Passport and CRBA applications are sent to the U.S. Consulate General Guadalajara for processing.

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Except for U.S. and Mexican official holidays.
The Consular Agency is also closed on the second Wednesday of every month for in-service training.
