While visiting the El Presidente in Cabo a couple of years ago, the atm in the hotel sucked my money back in before I was able to get it out of the slot. This atm had a small lip on the tray...different from ours at home. The result was that I spent the next couple of days visiting security and bankbranch in San Jose trying to get the $350.00 I was short. It was a waste of my precious vacation time :( When I got home I contacted my bank and between us, after many faxes we were able to have the money deposited back into my account.
Be forwarned....grab your pesos quickly!
