cannot get MX trespasser out of my Puerto Vallarta house

I bought a house, through a bank trust, in Puerto Vallarta.

The seller is Canadian, and I am Texas.

Now no MX lawyer will sue the doctor who is trespassing in my house.

The bank trust will not do anything about this.

Anyone have a suggestin?
