Hello everybody who has wrote here . . . My name is Alvaro Garcia and Im madly giving my face to a acusation that has no fundaments (for my name and Francisco´s name (who only worked one week there), I did worked with Mauricio Rodriguez and he also cheated me, I am mad as the person who post this but desagree to this because my name is getting dirty, it is really not fair, I really dont know who wrote this topic and will be aprecciate if he tell me who is, cause I only had one client there in malka and to that client Mauricio cheated too, and now i am giving my face to him because he is my client and im gladly helping him against mauricio, I am starting my own bussines and are a very dedicated and professional person that studies the university the Touristic bussines administration career in Centro Universitario Arkos wich is is at emiliano zapata.

Please to the person who post this topic apologize to me and Fracisco because we do not have nothing to be in all the irregular things that this snake (Mauricio) did here . . . right now I am looking for him due to he owns me money also and owns my client, my clients name is John James Serich and he will gladly post here because he knows I am a good person, I will leave here all my information from where I live to my cell phone due to if someone wants to clear this matter I will be more than glad to do it . . . What this parajacanadiense says it is all true . . . Mauricio cheated to everyone he knows, he cheated me and the only client I got there during all the 2 months aprox I worked there my client name is John James Serich and he is still here cause this snake is traying to cheat him more in all this I am also giving my face helping him cause they are making john sign contarcts in spanish and I will not permit they cheat him any more, the company Malka Real Estate is closed and it was a brand new company that were in the market for around 4 months only, the thing here is, all that parajacanadiense says it is true, but I am not involved in all the irregularities as well as Francisco meza isn´t too . . . the only responsible is Mauricio Rodriguez and I am proceding legaly against him cause he owns me money . . .
It is not fair cause I have several plans for real estate and want to make my own bussines . . . and with this kind of acussations without fundaments for me are not going to permit it.

Mi explicacion en español .. .

Yo trabaje con Mauricio Rodriguez Romero por recomendacion de alguna persona cercana a el, en mi vida habia oido hablar de el, para el mes de noviembre me incorpore a Malka Real Estate que recien estaba abriendo su soficinas junto con Ed Thomas (quien se incorporo un dia antes segun me comento), al paso de un par de semanas Mauricio denotaba su irresponsabilidad, mi compañero Ed fue advertido por muchisimas personas acerca de este tipo, y decidio salirse, yo como no tenia problemas con el decidi quedarme y realizar al menos una renta por que las cosas no eran nada bien en la empresa, no clientes, no responsabiilidad, no autoridad etc, finalmente para diciembre logre cerrar mi primera renta con el Sr John James Serich que ahora es amigo mio y quien fue el que me advirtio sobre este tema en la pagina, el realizo el pago total a mi y porteriormente se lo entregue a mauricio rodriguez, finalmente este tipo se gasto su dinero en \"x\", y se tuvo que reubicar a mi cliente el cual no ha tomado acciones legales debido a que yo estoy de por medio y lo he estado ayudando a tratar de recuperar su dinero y que lo ubiquen en una unidad relativa a lo que el esta pagando, posteriormente cuando ya habia pasado todo este problema con Mauricio (justo una semana antes de que cerrara la empresa) se incorporo Francisco Gomez Meza, durante esa ultima semana MAuricio ya no se presentaba en la oficina supongo que sabia todo slos problemas a los que habia ocasionado con el robo de dinero a los clientes y ensuciandoi asi mi nombre y el de francisco, a nosotros (Francisco y yo) nos toco lidiar con clientes desesperados por encontrar a este tipo o el representante legal de la empresa . . . bueno es un larguisimo rollo, mi punto es que el que puso este alerta esta ensuciando mi nombre por que en realidad ni Francisco ni yo sabemos quien es, y por que el unico cliente que yo atendi ahora lo estoy ayudando a recuperar el dinero que mauricio le robo, Francisco no atendio c ningun cliente, el jamas cerro rentas debido a que fue una semana el tiempo que laboro . . . mi oobjetivo es que la persona que se hace llamar parajacanadiense vuelva aqui y pida una disculpa por ensuciar mi nombre ya que no tiene ninguna prueba de que Alvaro Garcia o Francisco Gomes son estafadores como lo es Mauricio Rodriguez Romero, estoy comenzando un proiyectoi y con comentarios absurdos y acusasiones que no tienen fundamentos jamas lo lograre.

De hecho si le das una leida arriba yo realize un post tratando de defenderme por que estan ensuciando mi nombre, arriba podras encontrar toda mi informacion para contactarme . . . cualquier cosa estoy dispuesto a hacer para ayudar a hundir a esa persona que se la pasa por la vida robando y robando.

i am not paying any money to you parejacanadiense, everybody was seeking for they own clients, Mauricio, Francisco and me (Alvaro), I told you guys that I only had one client there (John James Serich) and mauricio also cheated us, and never ever gave my clients to Mauricio, everything was personally, every one was dealing with it´s own clients, if you dont know about what happened exactly in the company you should not be talking and making acussations, I told you guys I was triyng to dial MAuricio in front of your face, you also told me to dial the manager of la jolla and gladly did it for you guys, . . so it is another acussation with out basis, it is a shame that this happens to the tourism here at PVR cause I am studing touristic bussines administration and worked about 3 - 4 years in this bussines . . . today I am meeting my lawyer to go against mauricio, and If you dont put any apologize to me I will go direct to you also due to the acussations, you gave my name to the police in this matter and they will sure have your info . . .

MAuricio was showing is face to the office just twice a week aprox, and he as the \"owner\" of that bastard company never ever gave to me information about his clients, I never known about his irregularities, I gave my face to you guys and took you at his place, and told you about his father that you should discuss with him cause maybe he could pay you, but nothing was for sure, I told you guys that, . .. but the bomb exploded . . . . and now all this is happening to my name. If you have the e mails give them a copy to the police and maybe they could do something.

Thanks Parejacanadiense. Only What I can say to this Forum; will not fix anything or help someone, but will be good to let you parejacandiense you guys post help me a lot, because you guys will pay 5 times the cost request for a mont rent or more. You guys are lying in many of yours words that you guys tryin to shoulding to people and also enbolved people, hope you guys make the best , because I going to make the best to see you parejacandiense in town at airport legaly. All details and scandals you guys did are not fear. You guys staying in a nice place where the real tourism would like to spend a great vacations.

And also Francisco is a nice guy who I meet and he was starting working in Real Estate and its not fear and no nice that you parejacanadiense talking scandals with people honest like them.

Was very difficult to participe in this post time, to see pareja words and scandals, but I here to should to everyone that those couple are liying and durty position make problems to me and few people more.
