REBOOTING by itself

this started yesterday during our light rainfall
it happened twice in the morning
figured it must of been a off on electric power

then this early afternoon
happened again

is it a internal source or??

what i post are virus free
always checking for virus trojans worms ant bugs dust
feels like the new power supply is not up to par
have to push start several times

i will have to suffer to malidy
