Somebody needs help

ps scan the original proof of payment from your boss

and any other pariculars including your reciepts from your credit card

and a bank statement from the date that your card was charged

also if you can get some kind of a statement from your bank stateing that your card had not been credited ill show them
ill also point out that within there agreement as the point of sale merchant it states on there contract all of there obligations to the cardholder


these are important for them to know

and if they loose there credit card machine they will be in big trouble

I want to thank you and everyone for the actions you have taken and in getting the ball rolling on my double billing issue. No one has actually contacted me yet but it was refreshing to see them actually acknowledge that it \"in deed occured\".

Thank you Mogens! You are the man! I have decided that if I do get credit for my double billing...I will go back to Puerto Vallarta and enjoy my self....because I really did enjoy the people there! But....I have been down this road for a while.....my faith is in you!

Congratulations on your help and success with this scenario. Please do not erase this, it proves that people can get help when they are over charged. It also shows that people will not just go away if you ignor them.
