\"buzz\" wrong, fajita republic has the time share sharks there periodically,to this very day.

Our encounter was not at a restraunt but at a tequila store (sorry cant remember the name but its on the malecon) anyways we went in to check out different types of tequila and this guy came up to us and asked if we wanted to try some samples so tyler went to try them. They got to talking about this and that I also informed this man that I had been there when I was younger and how things had changed. He asked tyler what he did back in canada and tyler said real estate bad mistake about an hour later and me pacing back and forth between them he finally said thank you for your time. He could not understand how if ppl say there not interested in a house tyler is selling how he can not pressure them into buying it.

We were in vegas for the second time and when the sharks would approached us we would just say we have no credit cards and were canadian then they would say who have you been talking to lmao.

I was just shocked that they are in stores and you think they work there.Thanks jenny for the good advice.

I know - we got burned at a tequila shop on the malecon too (probably the same one) and also in another tequila shop closer to the river near the market. Because we were in a shop looking at their products we were so not expecting a time shark. It sucked too because the only way to get out of it was to leave and we had wanted to look at the tequila. :(

Sadly I have learned to just be outright rude to them right off the bat. It leaves no room for them to wriggle out. \"Buzz off.\" \"Beat it.\" The first 20 times or so I was polite. *shrug Not any more .......

i would have said \"yes i would love to go on a boat trip\",and do have a preference giving them your boat name. why not get paid money and get money for your business?

Long time lurker....felt it was time to actually comment on this great forum... we are annual visitors to this piece of paradise and have learned to go with the flow and not let these time share people ruin our trip. It is a personal choice... we do not want nor need their money, no matter what they offer and we find that by having fun and treating them with respect, all is well. However, 4 years ago we went to los arbolitos after hearing how great it was. We walked there, having a great adventure....and the meal was wonderful...until the Manager Shark ruined our evening. We have never gone back.
