What kind of charges will someone get for stealing my atm card and withdrawing 300 dollars? Any jail time? I had a little get together at my house last friday and my atm/debit card came up missing, so I called my bank saturday morning and they said someone withdrew 300 dollars from my account. I now know who did it because she admitted to it. I am pressing charges but I just want to know what all will happen to her!
