My children all learned at a very early age tantrums dont work for me.Children now a days are very different than when we were all growing up and I personally think its because both parents are having to work and they feel guilty that they dont get enough time with there children so they give the children whatever they want.
This is a bit off topic but we are having a very hard time getting staff this year and were not the only ones but this friend of mine who owns a buisness here had a kid age 17 come and work for them they had the kid work a 3 hour shift and at the end of the shift the kid came up to the owner and said I dont think this is working out when they asked why not he said well I just worked 3 hours at 9 dollars an hour which is 27 dollars and I could just go up to my mom and ask for 25 bucks and she would give it to me without me having to do anything.It just floors me my daughter turns 15 this year and has worked for me the last two years this year she did up a resume and went out on her own and applied she was offered 2 jobs she took one that is paying 9 dollars an hour.I asked her why she wasnt coming to work for me and she said because I dont want my mommy getting me work I want to do it on my own.Sorry I was off topic but this has got me really bugged this year.
