Cell Phone

I will be in P.V. in Jan and Feb. Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a phone for the most bang for buck. I will be staying in the marina area. I arrive on Jan. 1st. and would like to be able to use phone locally as well as for calling the U.S. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought a new Nokia phone from a Tel-Cel kiosk downtown for less than $20.00 that came with 300 minutes air time......

We had a very hard time getting someone at two different Telcel offices that spoke English. Finally we got our point across at the second office.

gallerias mall known as liverpool second floor never a lineup fast service and 50% enlgish speeking go figure

Also the Telcel store in Plaza Caracol o the south side (not the kiosk). She can even set up your voicemail (once registered).
