This is the only local Honda dealer in Vallarta, all the rest you listed are in MX. D.F and Guadalajara or other.

If you think of could you call them when they open and see if they sell that bike and how much they sell for? I would like to purchase one on my next visit. I would like a black one. I know I can ride with my licese up here but do you know what I might need to ride around down there once I buy it?

Not to sound mean, but what would you do if you want to buy the bike from them?
Also, you spoke of driving cross country in Mexico. In tourist towns you will find many who speak English, or at least some. What will you do in small towns? In emergency situations? If you get in an accident or pulled over by the police?
Before you jump on buying a bike and cruising MX, jump on some Spanish to at least help you along your journey.
