Excellent Forum

I just found this site and would like to ask a question that has been asked numerous times: can someone give me a WAG on cost of living for a 1br apt, furnished, utilities, etc.. I am a 67yo bachelor, smoker, light red wine drinker, gamble very little and dont want a vehicle. Thanks, Jim (oh I other thing: I still enjoy looking at the ladies), arf arf arf
