It will always end on the first Sunday in November.

I think there is a change happening in USA and Canada... trying to shorten/lengthen the DST . In Mexico, the clocks go back on Oct 28th, and in Canada they go back Nov 4. Just to confuse us!

Have you heard the theory that global warming is caused by daylight savings time? It makes sense, the more daylight you save, the warmer it gets, right?

will be a bit confusing until the fourth adjusts to our time
