Honeymooning May 23-31

Started May 2, 2006 · 10,789 views · 7 posts
We are firsttimers to PV, and will be on our honeymoon May 23-31. We would like to go out to some nice romantic dinners (since it is a honeymoon), but we love exploring for the hole-in-the-wall dives as well. We like to feel the culture. We did Cancun and hated it, mind as well have been in Miami. Any suggestions on romantic dinner spots and fun bars to try out?

Is this good weather?
I forgot to ask if this was a good time to go for weather. May23-31!
romantic dinner
does your dinner have to be on the beach with a view?

if not let me know if you both have a favorite dish

or if you would like to be brave come on over to bruces back alley bistro and have a chefs table

absolutely fantastic experience
We would like to do at least one dinner on the beach, but what was that about Bruces and the dinner at the chefs table- sounds fun?! We love pasta and steak, but is steak scary to eat in Mexico? We love good wine and fun atmospheres as well. We are people persons(or would that be people people?)!!

Bruce has only USDA beef, as well as Kobe beef (when available)...His restaurant can boast (and back up) one of the best steaks available in PV. (The Kobe would rank as THE best). You are guaranteed to have fun with Bruce as well!
What is this place called again and where is it located? We are staying across from the Pelicanos.
Also a lot of places give you a card for a free drink and then if you are lucky you get a Kaluha and cream on the house after dinnner, too.
