imput about "THE HOT PASTRAMI"

I am thinking about opening an American \"jewish style sandwich deli\" featuring our famous hot pastrami, corned beef and beef brisket sandwiches at a reasonable price with lots of promos and coupons.. I would appreciate imput.

there has been many tryouts in the past
i have done it before some thirty years ago
as i had my own butcher shop
and made my own corned beef
and had the rest tucan back then
i did very well
just bad partners
someone say they will place a newyork deli in plaza caracol??

You can get great Corned Beef and Pastrami at Lighthouse Foods
393 V. Carranza. Benji the owner also will make up sandwiches that are great. That is in Old Town.

be carefull of people trying to sell you products that are not government inspected

slovensko is the absolute stone cold best suplier in my opinion

went on a tour in guadalajara and was so impressed i headed strait to the suplier in puerto vallarta

somebody sared info with me freely so i believe in giving it freely

maybe out of date
don´t know who supply them

there are several distribudores in vallarta that sell more than what was available as they too were my suppliers..

as you can see why i am out of the meat business
the rest and hotels want prices not quality
so my ball game was fun and over with..

i know for a fact that there ar a lot of people who want the best quality of meat from there purveyor, however they dnt seem to undestand that there are a few extra pesos in store for the price of quality.
having been in the business of selling the best meat here invallarta has been a real chore to let people know about it.
but they can still get any old steak for whatever price they can get it for and be FOOLED.

You know Chico we have moved from the BIG city to a little city that is one of the fastest growing cities in Canada. (small Business owners)
I welcome the Big Guys and their Businesses as it means more for me and my family but I support totally the little Businesses the founders of the community who when serve us treat us as a person and someone special and give us quality. I hate being just a number. I think the Big Businesses need to learn from ones like yourself.
and it is nice seeing others willing to help others start up in a small Business :)
