My wife and I are currently living in San Miguel de Allende. We are considering spending sometime in Puerto Vallarta and have some questions/criteria we need to know about.

Are there bilingual preschools for our 2 year old? Where? Names?
Are there any types of play centers for a 2 year old? Chuck E Cheese? Playgrounds? A business with organized activities/playrooms for younger children?
Is there a population of gringo moms for my wife to connect with? Is there a neighborhood where we should be looking that has a higher concentration of younger families?
