Lost Camera in Puerto Vallarta

Started August 4, 2007 · 5,565 views · 6 posts
Hello,

I´ve just lost my camera with all of my honeymoon pictures on it in the back of a taxi cab. We didn´t know the cab number, so it seems impossible to ever find it again. Can anyone think of something else we could try?

If you are still in PV go back to where you got the cab and try talking to other taxi drivers in the area, they should be able to give you a # to call. I have known people to lose things in cabs and the driver will hold them hoping the person will contact someone. With all your honeymoon photos it is worth the effort. You might need to snag someone on the street who can translate for you.

Good luck I hope you find it.
That is so sad. I hope you find it soon. Keep us posted.
Kelly .... Congratulations on your marriage..
I to hope you are able to have your camera and photos returned..
I can imagine how you are feeling...
Good Luck... :)
I know this is no help to you now, after the camera is lost but its advise for anyone else. I wrote my name and place where I was staying on a piece of paper and then took a close up picture of it so it would be on my disc. I also put that same info into the camera bag itself. This way if I lost it and someone honest found it, they knew where it belonged. I sincerely hope you get your camera back. Good luck.
