Mail Boxes, Etc. in PV

You mean, literally, turn around as in just go out at the border and 5 minutes later come back in with a new tourist visa. If I renew in PV before it expires, do I still need to leave?

you can renew your visa while in pv at a cost of course
you can do it through many people

for instance lalo on calle vallarta right beside pv net ( where it used to be
if you cant find it come by and ill walk you there ok

Someone on another board asked the same question. Here is the answer from a lawyer in PV that posts on that board
the law does not provide for a legal extension since the tourist visa has a term of maximum 180 days.
Legalities
Considering the original poster is looking to move to PV, gaining what might possibly be an illegal extension...probably not in their best interests, I agree with palapa gal on that one. LOL

So lynnecover, just look into leaving for 24 hours, or an FM3 as your legal options.
