Pie lady

Hola everyone!
We are returning for our third trip to PV at the end of Feb. I am determined to buy some pie from this lady on the beach that apparently sells the most delicious home made pies. Where is the best place to find her, what is her name and what time of day should I be looking for her. Also which pie is your favourite?
