no one uses the beach where the webcam is placed. that beach is downtown and the tourists are in town shopping or on the malacon. go over the bridge to los muertos beach and ou will find thousands on the beach at the restaurant locations plus the hotels and the beach by the pier

Not that there is anything wrong with that beach. I was out there for one day, because I was staying at Rosita. No venders bother you at that beach, but you cant get a chair either.
