As a resident in PV we have many names for someone who shows
real estate.
These terms arrive from the concept that there is no licensing, education process or legitimate governing body to ensure total fair play.
That being said does not mean there are no honest folks selling real estate here.
But if you want to sell real estate just hang out a shingle and go for it.
So for now Real Estate Agent will do nicely.
