Spanish Experience Center

I had picked up a brochure for the Spanish Experience Center when I was in PV and was wondering if anyone knows anything about this organization. It sounds interesting and I wish I had come across the brochure earlier on in my trip and I would have checked it out myself but I only got it a few days before it was time to come home.

If I had not already booked and paid my deposit for the condo rental, then I would highly consider staying with a host family for a week or two. Do you still get the full benefits if you just go to the classes as opposed to staying with a family?
