The Ugly Tourist Contest

I have one that tops that.....LOL

A guy and gal staying at VDP in one of the 2-bedroom ocean front suites got really drunk and then got into a big fight. She decided her best escape route was to take the sheets off the bed, tie them together and use them to climb over the balcony and down to the beach in a sun dress sans her underwear. Everyone on the beach was staring at her, watching the show. It was good enough to get them kicked out of the resort.

OK So far its early but it looks like KAT is in the lead....good one

Two years ago at the Holiday Inn - a couple from hell . They were total drunks and she had a vocabulary that would make a sailor blush . She lit into him at the pool around 2pm and carried right through dinner at 7pm . Finally we thought she had left and then she came back for another barrage of profanity . One of the waiters quipped , \"The Devil has returned ! \" :) It was like watching a live version of Jerry Springer .

I feel your pain , I know this , country of origin does not make an ugly tourist I have seen them from all over.

We were staying at what is now called the Hola . The person got one of those alphabet bracelets to spell fu#k you . He proudly flashed it all week to every beach vendor that came close . :(

Was down by the Breeze bar at the GCP talking to some repeaters that had their anniversary dinner on the beach the night before... and we were talking about all the pictures being taken, and then when the whales swam by and how everybody rushed out for pictures etc... when one of the couples goes, oh you should see the great picture of Kathy... so she gets the camera out to show me the picture... And everybody was smirking and giggling when she handed me the camera... it was a great picture of Kathy, but in the background was a blackbird with a used condom in it beak... Obviously somebody had a little fun down on the beach the night before as well.... Everybody thought it was just fitting to have this bird \"pose\" with Kathy that morning!!!!

We really did see :shock: :shock: an ugly tourist at our Resort in Playa del Carmen..

At our Resort were many Euopeans... On the beach (not at the pool area) there were several gals and even old ladies :P who went topless.

Most of the topless sunbathers sat on one side of the beach ..
One day we ended up in that section... Bill really did not want to be there :) but it was just the way it worked out...No big deal...

There were 2 lounge chairs in front of us that had a few personal belongings on them and towels..


Soon this elderly European couple came back to their chairs from the beach to their chairs.....
The lady proceeded to discreetly (under a sun dress dress) change out of her wet swim suit into a dry one....

Her old hubby sat down on his lounge chair and fiddled with his backpack...produced a dry pair of trunks.. Stood up whipped off his speedos and stepped into dry trunks.. . Bill and I are just about hooting by now.. :lol:
Next the old man hung is speedos on the back of his chair to dry in the breeze... :P

Ugly tourist is the only way to describe what Bill and I saw... :P

Spring 2005
We had gone down for two weeks stayed at the Buenaventura. As for the most part it was quite then spring break hit people came and went as always some considerate some not. I dont know whether they were canadians or american students. But there were parked right next door to us. The first evening they came back about 4ish gooned up horney up with out a care in the world, after about a hour of there good time next door I got up. Went next door an asked them to be tone it down as we are trying to sleep got the attitude of Sce## you and a way they went.
Next morning made a complaint and thought all was sorted WRONG.
That evening about 3am they came back to there room same thing over
about 5 they shut it down and went to sleep. Heres the good part we got up after being disturbed all night we turned the TV around put it against the wall on Mexican MTV and turned up the volume to the max. Went down stairs
grab a coffee and walked down the beach. When we got back(after breakfast) went to the room at that time the other guest came out and asked if we could not be anymore inconsiderate . My reply keep me up at night and I will keep you from sleeping. Next 4 days nothing 8)

Not intended to pick on the Brits - rudeness has no nationality - but this is from a Brit paper . We thought spring breakers were the bad ones !
