I highly recommend the Hotel Rosita - one of the oldest hotels in PV. IT is located at the beginning of the malecon. The web cam is mounted on the hotel.

I have stayed there a few time, and if you request one of the upper rooms, you have a beautiful view of the ocean with wonderful, not crowded beachses with a mix of tourists and nationals.

The rooms are spaciousl, clean and the resstaurant is great. But if you want to get out the malecon is outside the front door.
