4 18 year old girls off to PV-got some q's

We are heading to PV on the 17th.....we have so many things we want to do like...para sailing, dolphin watching, DANCING!, ect ect.
BUT we did want to all get our hair braided...is it really VERY expensive?? WE also heard that there are people that will paint tatoos on ya?? WHats the cost for those two things...any other reccomendations for out trip???

how much should it cost??? For the braids and tatoos.....we are four young girls im sure that we are going to get taken A LOT lol. We are really unsure about the money and stuff. WE are bringing canadian travelers cheques but when it comes to mexican money im sure we are going to get confused! lol Thanks

My daughter gets her hair braided every time we go to Mexico, so we have some experience comparing prices and skill. The farther you get from PV the better the prices are. El Anclote out by Punta de Mita has pretty good prices, and Guayabitos will be 1/2 what is charged in PV. Make sure you know how many braids you are getting, some of the jobs in old town were pretty bad.
