airport to hotel

I posted this under hotels and tips by mistake. Anyway, I keep hearing how expensive it is to go from the airport to your hotel. How expensive is it in US $,
and is there a cheaper way to get to your hotel.

Yes there is a cheaper way. There are two types of taxis in PV. There is the independent and the union ones. The union taxis are white, the independents are yellow. The union taxis are at the airport and cost around $20 dollars. If you walk out of the airport and over the newly constructed bridge over the highway you can catch a yellow cab for much less. The problem here is the amount lugage you are carrying.
