Beach conditions after the Hurricane

I read a post on here that the beaches were in terrible condtions after the hurricane (rocks, no sand, concrete) however, that post was in the beginning of Feb. I believe; does anyone know if the conditions have improved?

Re:Beach conditions after the Hurricane
It depends what part of the beach you are on. The Bay of Banderas is large and the beach conditions differ quite a bit (even before the hurricane) around it.

well, the post said that all the beaches were like that, even the ones that used to be the favorites... anybody know what beaches are good right now? also, is the water still a pretty color in may? thanks

Destiladeras and El Anclote, beaches to the north (not more than an hour) between Bucerias and Punta de Mita are very lovely for a day trip.
