Beaches for Shelling

We have stayed in PV 8 years and found few shells. In January we stayed in Bucerias(north of PV) and found a lot.

If you are looking for shells you need to go to Cancun or Cozumel.

We spent a day at Destiladeras and we found alot of shells. Its on th north side of the bay. We caught the Punta De Mita bus and just asked the bus driver to let us off at Destiladeras as we had no idea where we were going. The beach was lovely and we had a great day there. Make sure you try a muffin that the muffin lady sells - they are the best.
