Bucerias information please

Is anyone familiar with Bucerias? My wife and I have visited PV in the past but we know nothing about Bucerias where we are planning on renting a condo in November.
Any information would be helpful. We are ineterested in shopping, transporation and general info.

ovjoe...very familiar with Bucerias...very nice little town...not much for shopping but PV is a short bus ride away...there is much to see and do in the area...Pitillal, Punta Mita, Sayulita, etc...best beaches in the area and great authentic restaurants...cool local music scene...do you surf...do you have your condo...a good overview here http://www.bucerias.comsonofdob

Thanks for the info. We are retirees planning a two month winter escape and are considering Vista Banderas condos in Bucerias. We know nothing of the area and are seeking any pre-visit knowledge available from people like you who know the are.

ovjoe As previously stated, Bucerias is a nice little town. It has a very large ex-pat community and I get the impression from some friends who live there that there is alot going on at all times. You can probably be as busy as you want to be and if you´re into service or charity works, there are a few groups that would welcome your help.
