Coldest Puerto Vallarta has been in Years! I have just returned from PV and I have talked to the locals in the area and they have said its been the coldest its been in years. In the mornings I had to wear pants and a sweater. At night the Coronas warmed me up but I saw a lot of people wearing Jackets. Hopefully it warms up for all you spring breakers. Have Fun. And bring a sweater!
