Thanks guys. Jennybean, the first link was very helpful. Yeah, only one ship on Wednesday! 97 sleeps and counting!!! You guys are always so helpful. Jennybean, do you live in PV or just have the pleasure of going there often? Seems you know your way around pretty well. Hope to meet you all some day. Maybe get to go to Invasion 2007~Sounds like a blast! Feb. 16th is my birthday so might be able to swing it. PV 2x in 6 months would be awesome! We have been to PV 4 times and are totally and completely in love with the place. hope to retire there some day. Thansk again for all the helpful advice I have gotten from all of you on this BB. :P
Cruise ships in August

Cruising for a bruising
The other thing to remember about the volume of cruise ships in port - they sell day passes to the cruisers to enjoy the various resorts. Imagine how your holiday will be affected if 500 (or more) additional \"guests \" show up at your resort . Ask your travel agent if this is a possibility . Also see if any conventions are booked during your holiday . For an AI vacation this really affects the enjoyment level of a vacation . More people = lineups for alcohol , slower waiter service, picked over food , cramped facilities , no pool loungers , general all round inconvenience. If a hotel has a policy of selling day passes I think someone buying a AI package or not should have that info.
