Fishing from a kayak in PV ?

Does anyone offer fishing from a kayak in PV? I will be staying at Villa del Palmar again and I was hoping to find a place to rent a kayak. The last time I checked on renting one of the kayaks at Villa del Palmar, they wanted $75.00 per hour. OUCH If I get a \"gold card\" it is free. That is not an option for me, it is MY vacation. I would like to rent a kayak and fish near the marina or in the river. Any suggestions? The grocery stores have both snook and speckeled trout, are they locally caught? What should I expect to catch?

No one offers fishing from a kayak. Fishing equipment in PV is about 3 times the cost of what it is in the states, it would get way to expensive to replace it when someone lost it overboard. :shock: You will either have to bring your own equipment or fish the mexican way with a line, spark plug and a lure. :D

Does any know of some place that I can rent a kayak by the day or even by the hour besides the Villa del Palmar? I will be down to PV in November.
