Could be Vista del Sol, Plazamar, or La Palapa. I believe all three have rooftop pools. I know that Vista del Sol does...I have stayed there.

The Tropicana ? On los Muertos w/ rooftop pool.

The Tropicana has a pool at beach level or just a few steps above.
Another, besides the ones listed in earlier response, with a pool on the roof is Blue Chairs Beach Club.

I think it may be the Emperador (spelling). Its ringt next door to the San Marino and the La Palapa is in front of it, beach side. The Tropicana does not have a roof top pool nor does the Playa Los Arcos. Search the web for a web site.
