It depends on the areas. Overall the clean up has gone well and very quickly but the malecon is taking a while to finish.

would never know a hurricane had hit if you were not told? come on! yes the clean up has gone fast but still a mess north of the malecon beach area. the new arches los arcos look like a cheap pre-fabrication of the old ones. To plain and ordinary looking. what does anyone else think? I thought this architect was going to build some fantastically ornate arches but these look like they were made from a cheap ceramic cast instead. cost enough.

Not very familiar with PV, have not been there in about 15 years. What is the area north of the Malecon, ie is it a resturant, night club area? Is there still a fence up along the Malecon? Thanks for your honest input
