Mega Concert in Vallarta

They brought a bulldozer down to the beach the day before yesterday and leveled it off and cleared off the rocks. No chairs set up so far, and I cannot see where they would put them as the whole stage takes up the corner... the stage is facing towards the Arches.
Maybe the best seats would be at Viejo Vallarta!
