Mid Janurary Weather and is that Beginning of Low-Season?

Just want to know what the weathers gunna be like in Mid Jan.

And is that the beginning of the low season rates?

Low season is April first through November first. You might get a deal the first 2 weeks in January because it is always slow after the last 2 weeks of December.
