We took our son who was about 2 at the time, to Mazatlan and never had any problem. Saw lots of kids, none of whom looked any worse for wear. We leave next week for PV and I am not in the least bit concerned. We will take the usual precautions concerning water, fresh fruit and veggies and will pack some over the counter remedies just in case.
