Pitbull dogs.

I was in PV not to long ago for my usual two weeks and noticed young people with pit bulls (I saw two) and they seem very threatening walking with no leash. I hope this does not become a problem in the future. Because in Freeport Bahamas last month a Canadian tourist as mauled by a pit bull.

Ive never seen pit pulls here personally but i cant imagine it being any more of a problem here than it is in canada. Never had an encounter here with a bad dog of any kind.
