Wow.. I am not posting to cause trouble at all.. I just asked a simple question, because - yes I have always felt very safe with my kids taking a taxi into town on their own, even with their 10 year old brother in tow.. but then again - as I mentioned they werent going out drinking - and my husband and I didnt go out and do the night life either.. My son and some friends wanted to go out and do some bar hopping this trip and I just wanted to make sure of what I have heard.. no intention at all to cause a stir - We totally LOVE PV and will continue to come down every year.. An YES - I have always felt it a very safe, wonderful place to go.. As a mother, I just wanted to make sure of the nightlife before sending my son out to it.... a bit of responsibility on my part I guess.
Anyway, thank you very much for the clarification.. and yes I did hear that the guy was very, very intoxicated..
BTW - I dont post much, but am an avid reader and have enjoyed all the topics and have learned a lot..:D
