PV in December first time have questions

I woud also recommend Rythms of the Night aw a must do as well we did it our 1st time in PV and loved it. Nice sunset cruise followed by a remote supper and show live entertainment there and back on the boat if was a highlite for us.

My husband and I, along with some friends are going to PV Dec. 16 - 24. We are staying at the same place. So when you get back you must tell us all about your stay there. Good luck and have fun.

I do have one more question, when we get off the plane I know there will be a ton of timeshare people but what and where do we exactly go to get a taxi? Should we take a taxi to Velas or can we take a bus? I am a bit confused on the airport thing.

me again, what Stew said about the airport. You can in theory take a public bus but that requires exiting the airport on foot and walking along the highway. i have done it before but it is not something i would recommend for a 1st trip, with luggage, or with more than 1 person. The taxi stand arrangement is exactly as Stew described. After red light, green light walk towards the exit doors directly in front of you. The regulated airport taxis will be clearly marked and accept USD or peso.

stew---how about that chicken at pollo feliz? mmm-mmm good ! MMM GOOD! I eat in them or get take out all over Mexico including PV. I spend about a month & half to two in Zihuatanejo each year staying in a bungalow just two blocks from one. I eat there twice a week.

We are staying at the Velas Vallarta and they are sending us a limo to pick us up at the airport.

Neither of us have been to Mexico for more then a day.
