I am not a Scotiabank customer but when I phoned the bank a few months ago to find out what their international withdrawal fee was, they told me it was $2.50 plus another $2.50 if I was not a a customer.
NOT for Scotiabank customers, no extra charges over the monthly service fee. I was very clear with my bank manager on that, he assured me that since I am a Scotiabank customer, it is just like withdrawing normaly.
You can be sure, that if there are, I will scream very loudly.
